Answers your phone, books the job, texts you
Built for HVAC Contractors

Every missed call is a job you just handed to the next guy on Google. ReBoost Voice AI picks up, books it and texts you.

Let it answer while you’re on a job, or only after hours for emergencies. It’s set up and trained on your services, hours and service area before it takes a single call. It’s not a replacement for your office. It catches the calls they can’t get to.

  • Set up and trained for your business
  • Books real open times on your calendar
  • No heat at 2 AM goes to your on-call tech

HVAC owners who stopped losing calls.

Contractors who let the phone answer, text back and take notes for them.

I used to check voicemail at 9 at night and call back people who had already hired someone. Now the AI books them while I’m still in the attic.

Ryan T.Owner, HVAC company, Boise ID

The missed call text is the simplest thing and it works. People text back what’s wrong and I answer when I get down off the ladder.

Luis G.Owner, heating and air company, Tucson AZ

Our old answering service took messages. This one actually puts the job on the calendar and texts me the details.

Sandra H.Office manager, HVAC contractor, Omaha NE

A no heat call came in at 2 in the morning and my on-call guy had the text before the transfer even rang. That family had heat by 4.

Marcus P.Owner, heating and cooling company, Duluth MN

My techs stopped giving out their personal cells. They call back from the app and the customer sees our office number.

Questions before you hand over the phone

Do callers know they’re talking to AI?

That’s your call. You choose the greeting, and the standard contractor greeting says “This is our virtual assistant.” It speaks in a natural voice you pick, and it can play a short recording notice at the start of the call.

Do I have to set it up myself?

No. We set it up and train it on your services, your hours and your service area, plus the questions HVAC callers ask. You call it yourself to hear how it sounds, then switch it on.

Will it quote prices over the phone?

No. The HVAC setup never quotes an exact price. It explains that the price depends on what the tech finds and offers to get someone out. It answers common questions like your hours and service area, and you can add your own answers.

How does it know when we’re open for a visit?

It reads your real open times from the same calendar your online booking uses, offers a few of them, and books the one the caller picks, with the customer record linked. You get a text and an email with what happened, and the full transcript is in Call Logs.

What happens with an emergency call?

Words like no heat, no AC, gas smell, carbon monoxide or smoke make it tell the caller help is on the way, text the person you set as on call and transfer the call to them. The text goes out even if the transfer is not answered.

Can I keep my current business number?

Yes. Transferring your number is free and usually takes 1 to 4 weeks. Keep your old service active until the transfer is done, or you can lose the number. You can also start with a new local number the same day and move your old one over later.

Why do texts need a registration?

Phone carriers require every business that texts customers to register first. We file it for you. Calls and Voice AI answer from day one; only outgoing texts, like the missed call text, wait until you are approved.

Are calls recorded?

Only if you turn recording on. You can play a recording notice on every call, only for area codes in states that require everyone’s consent, or not at all. Recorded calls get the transcript and summary on the customer’s record.

Can my techs answer on their own phones?

Yes. They can answer in the app on their phone, or the main line can ring their cell numbers directly. Calls they make from the app show your business number.
