Terms of Service

The Hub provides marketing tools for local service businesses, including SEO audits, local citation submissions, review monitoring, social scheduling, AI content generation, and rank tracking. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier and any one-time packages you have purchased.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@reboosthub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading business information to directories through the Hub.
• Use the Hub to submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or violates anyone's intellectual property rights.
• Use the Hub to send spam, scrape data we do not authorize, or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Hub except where permitted by law.
• Resell or sublicense the Hub without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Hub integrates with third-party services including Google, Stripe, social networks, and various directory sites. Your use of those services through the Hub is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes those services make, outages on their end, or decisions they make about your accounts (for example, denying API access or removing a listing).

The Hub automates submissions to local business directories where possible. Some directories require manual verification by phone, email, or postcard that we cannot complete on your behalf. We mark these as pending in your dashboard. We do not guarantee acceptance by any specific directory, since each one has its own approval process outside our control.

Features that generate captions, images, or review replies use third-party AI services. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing it. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, original, or appropriate for your specific use, and you should not publish content you have not reviewed.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe and continue until cancelled.
• One-time purchases (such as citation packages and lead credits) are charged at the time of purchase.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges. We do not prorate refunds for partial months unless required by law.
• One-time purchases for services that have already been delivered, partially delivered, or initiated (such as citation submissions started on your behalf) are non-refundable.
• If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we will review.

You retain ownership of the business information, images, and text you upload to the Hub. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you (for example, sending your business name to a directory, or scheduling an image to your social account).

The Hub's software, design, templates, and any content we provide (including pre-loaded niche content libraries) remain our property and the property of our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them inside the Hub while your account is active.

You can stop using the Hub and close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if you fail to pay, or if continued service exposes us to legal risk. On termination, your right to use the Hub ends and we may delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific marketing outcome (such as higher search rankings, more reviews, or more leads) will result from using it. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Hub is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising out of your content, your use of the Hub in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may add, remove, or modify features over time. We may also update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Hub after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
